Trying for Christmas Photos!

Hi Everyone! Sorry it has been so long. THe time has just flown by! So......
I tried to get take Cadence's Christmas pictures myself. Boy was that a lot harder than I thought. I ended up taking over 300 pictures! It was really hard mostly because all Cadence wanted to do was crawl around and explore! Oh well, I think I ended up with some pretty decent shots. Merry Christmas!

Her Halloween custome

Cadence loved her halloween custome so much she plays with it like it is her favorite toy. Steve was playing around with her the other day and decided to put it on his head. She loved to kiss him through the arm holes. She just couldn't stop giggling! It is now a good trick to use when she is fussy.

USS Hornet Museum

We decided to go to the USS hornet Museum with some of Steve's coworkers in Oakland pm Veteran's Day this year since they had the day off. It was really neat to see the retired aircraft carrier. Cadence loved the accoustics and was VERY loud! When we went up to the flight deck, she couldn't help but crawl around, although the non skip coating almost wore a hole through her jeans. It was a fun day.

Trick or Treating at the Fremont Hub

Our shopping Center had a big to do on Halloween. It was perfect because it was during the day and we got to walk around with a lot of other people and do our first trick or trating with Cadence. She was quite sure what to do at first, she just stared at the candy baskets, but she got used to ti pretty fast. She doesn't eat the candy (although she tried to put it in her mouth, wrapper and all) but it was a fun experience. She was a "love monster," I was impressed that she didn't try to rip the head off when I put it on her. She left it on the entire time!

Halloween at the Local Elementary School

We all went to the local elementary school for their Halloween Festival. It was fun to see a lot of people from church there as well as all the kids dressed in costumes. Cadence didn't wear her costume as she is was going to be wearing it the next day at the Fremont hub' Halloween Trick or treating.

Decorating our pumpkin

We had a lot of fun decorating our pumpkin! We decided to do a "Cadence pumpkin." We even gave it 7 teeth just like Cadence. Cadence really wanting to get involved with it. She even tried to eat the permanent marker. She also keep thumping on it to make sure it was a good pumpkin ;o)

Pumpkin Patch at Perry's Farm

We went our first Pumpkin Patch! Cadence was sooooo scared of the pumpkin's she would start to cry when we would try and get ehr to touch the pumpkins. We ended up getting a really small one because itwas the only one she wouldn't cry at.

Our First Meeting with Fremont Fit Mommas

Cadence and I joined a walking group. We went to the Coyote Hills Regional Park and walked up to the visitors center that had a butterfly farm (although there were no butterflies)We had lot of fun!
